Project Overview

Green Court Residences is an approved residential development composed of six independent housing units organized as semi-detached and terraced villas. The project is conceived as a small-scale residential cluster designed to balance privacy, identity, and community integration.

The architectural language is unified yet flexible. Each unit maintains its own autonomy through private gardens, terraces, and independent access points, while the overall composition preserves coherence through consistent material choices and proportional alignment.

The design is structured around three primary principles:

1. Contextual Integration
The buildings adopt pitched roofs and natural stone cladding, referencing local architectural traditions while maintaining a contemporary interpretation through clean white volumes and horizontal balconies.

2. Functional Clarity
Each unit is organized across multiple levels:

• Ground floor dedicated to living areas and direct garden access
• Upper levels designed for private sleeping areas
• Basement level accommodating garages, storage, and service spaces

The internal layouts prioritize spatial efficiency and natural light, ensuring comfortable living environments for families.

3. Sustainable Approach
The project integrates photovoltaic panels on the roof surfaces, optimizing solar exposure and reducing environmental impact. Outdoor spaces are designed to maintain permeability and green continuity throughout the site.

The residential complex is organized along a private internal road, creating a semi-enclosed environment that enhances security and neighborhood identity. Low stone walls and metal fencing define property boundaries without compromising visual openness.

By day, the development presents a cohesive architectural rhythm defined by stone textures and white framed balconies.
By night, the warm internal lighting emphasizes the domestic scale and reinforces the sense of community.

Though not yet realized, the project represents a clear and build-ready vision for contemporary suburban living — structured, sustainable, and architecturally coherent.
